PVC Tile Trim can be against rupture or cracked in plaster of engineering so that it can help to form straight

line on the corner, and to protect and reinforce the most vulnerable parts of the mortar.  Angle beads play an

important role in a project. Because the wall corner is always damaged easily in the process of construciton. 

It is convenient,easy and fast, so it can help the project save a lot of time.

 

Fixing:

Plumb vertical and embed in continuous line of adhesive mortar. The joints are to be embedded in silicone mastic

to prevent water ingress. Mechanical fixings are best avoided to prevent distortion of bead.

 

Storage:

Store flat away from heat and direct sun.

 

Installation:

1. Profiles should be chosen to match the thickness of the tiles.

2. Tile adhesive should be applied around the junction using a serrated trowel.

3. Press the profile into the adhesive bed and align it.

4. Spread mortar over the entire surface of the joint.

5. Press in tiles firmly and align them so that they are flush with the top edge of the profile.Lay the tiles without

leaving any gaps.
